Spindle Document Capture

The latest releases of Draycir's Document Capture and Spindle Professional have new features enabling the two products to work in harmony, managing all your incoming and outgoing documentation from Sage 200.

AUTO ARCHIVE FROM SPINDLE PROFESSIONAL

With the use of Spindle Document Capture (SDC), Spindle Professional now has a far more sophisticated archive feature for all outgoing documents. Rather than archiving documents into Windows Folders, requiring a manual search to find them, Document capture will archive them into the SDC Library – allowing users to dynamically search for documents based on order number, date, customer reference etc. Users can search for documents using the SDC software or directly from Sage 200 transaction enquiries.

AUTO ATTACH FROM SPINDLE DOCUMENT CAPTURE

Spindle can also attach archived documents to outgoing documents. For example, when sending a Sales Order Processing Invoice from Spindle, the software can now automatically read the SDC database and attach the customers original Purchase Order.
