Primary Responsibilities  

  • Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns and engagement strategies.
  • Respond to incoming leads from various sources, including marketing activities, existing customers, or organic interest in Paradise.
  • Utilise our CRM to manage and segment the database, ensuring effective prospecting throughout the sales lifecycle.
  • Develop and manage lead generation funnels, aligning with business priorities, capacity, and demand. Drive initial outreach through social, email, and phone channels, converting prospects into qualified leads with personalised, value-driven approaches.
  • Educate prospects on the advantages of Microsoft ERP & CRM solutions.
  • Gather detailed business intelligence on each qualified lead, including budget, timelines, potential competitors, and business needs.
  • Be responsive, helpful, and informative to convert leads into prospects.
  • Engage with prospects through calls or visits to identify sales opportunities.
  • Develop detailed proposals and present them to prospects in person or via other methods.
  • Follow up on proposals and update the administration system with contact history.
  • Negotiate proposals and pursue closures whenever possible.
  • Work with the Admin Team to secure formal Sales Orders.
  • Perform handovers of successful sales to the Project Team.
  • Coordinate with Marketing to enhance the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with the Paradise Development, Support, and Training teams.

Preferred Personal Skills

  • Ability to manage the entire sales cycle from start to finish.
  • Minimum of 2 years of ERP sales experience.
  • Self-starter with a strong desire to learn and succeed.
  • Excellent personal time management and workload management skills.
  • Experience in prospecting to Director-level and senior decision-makers.
  • Strong company research skills using the Internet and available sales tools.
  • Proven track record of achieving measurable goals.
  • Outstanding people skills with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Self-motivated, adept at managing multiple tasks simultaneously, and well-organised.
  • Impeccable presentation skills are essential.
  • The ideal candidate will be a problem-solver and confident in communicating with clients, team members, and management.
  • Knowledge of the Manufacturing, Distribution, and Warehousing industries.
  • General understanding of IT.

Training

  • Comprehensive training in all aspects of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central will be provided.

Requirements

  • A valid driving licence is essential.

Working Hours

  • Full-time: 37.5 hours per week within the core hours of 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.
  • Flexible working from home is available, with some in-office days required.

Compensation
